# How Real-Time Notification Alerts Can Enhance Your Experience

One of these improvements is real-time onsite alerts. These notifications will make it easier for you to stay updated on the status of your account, including asset awarding and payment instructions. No more manual checks or back-and-forth email communications, which will save you time. 

Here are a few of the real-time notification alerts you can receive to enhance your bidding and buying experience:  

- **Asset awarding:** You, the seller, and AllSurplus personnel will be notified as soon as an asset is awarded. This ensures that the whole process goes smoothly, and all the necessary paperwork is taken care of. 
- **Payment:** You will be notified once your payment has been accepted by the seller. This way, you can ensure that the payment is processed correctly and swiftly, and all the paperwork is in order. 
- **Audit:** When an audit is conducted, onsite alerts will make sure everyone is informed. This helps ensure that the audit is done properly and that all the necessary documentation is gathered. 

In addition to these, there are many other real-time alerts you can receive to stay updated at all times. To set up real-time notifications, log in to your account and click the bell icon in the top right corner of the page and you’re all set.
